Breath of Life - A Review by Nancy Casale (Sabrina Michaels)

Breath of Life by Reign

This is a story that stands apart from the usual fare. While its genre is romance and angst, it could easily encompass drama, suspense, hurt, comfort, supernatural. There are the wolves of La Push, vampires, dreams and nightmares, an apparition of a small boy that seems to be following Bella everywhere.

The pack hides their secrets from Bella....but Bella seems to have secrets of her own...this story baits you into discovering what those secrets may be. For every clue you are given, they are always accompanied by more questions. You have to read to find out what these secrets are, because each chapter draws you further and further into this story. You will find yourself cheering for this Bella with a soft heart and a backbone of titanium. Paul... ladies man, king of the one night stand. What's so different about Bella that he can't get her out of his head.....or into his bed.

Reign has written this with a very pleasing rhythm and cadence, the words and thoughts from one emotion to another float as easily as a leaf floating down stream. She has added real emotion to follow along with the character portrayals, humor, heartache, loyalty and love. Characters you can either love or love to hate. You will never be bored.
